PUBLIC RELATIONS AND PUBLICITY PROGRAM
Mersin University, Anamur Vocational Graduate School was established with Business Administration and Tourism and Hotel Management Programs in 1995-1996 Academic year. Public Relations and Publicity program was established in 2018-2019 academic year. Education and training activities were started in the 2018-2019 academic year. It is important to gain the appreciation of customers and stakeholders for the private sector and public institutions in the business environment where technology has developed and competition has increased.For this reason, the private sector and public institutions need qualified human power who use communication techniques and have effective communication skills.The Public Relations and Publicity program aims to train human resources capable of using communication technologies, possessing qualified professional knowledge and professional foreign language, providing communication with the internal and external environment of private sector and public institutions, and following changes and developments. In the program, there are a wide variety of elective courses in addition to the compulsory courses on public relations. The graduates can appointed as civil servants if they pass the Civil Cervant Exam (KPSS) They can also be employed in private sector establishments as qualified personnel.

Qualification Awarded
|
The graduates get the degree of Public Relations and Publicity Programme with the authority provided by law.

Admission Requirements
|
Candidates must have a high school diploma or an equivalent school diploma and get enough points in the relevant field of the central examination administered by ÖSYM
|
Higher Grade Transition
|
Candidates, who successfully complete their associate degree education, can continue their education in the relevant undergraduate program if they are successful in the Vertical Transfer Exam.
|
Graduation Requirements
|
It is required to successfully complete all of the courses in the program (equivalent to a total of 120 ECTS), to achieve a general academic achievement grade of at least 60 out of 100 and to complete 40 working days of internship.
|
Occupational Profiles of Graduates
|
