About Programme
The School of Vocational Education started the educational studies and admissions of the students in the year of 1996. In the 2010, the former title of the program “Accounting” had been changed to Accounting and Tax Aplications.

History
The School of Vocational Education started the educational studies and admissions of the students in the year of 1996. In the 2010, the former title of the program “Accounting” had been changed to Accounting and Tax Aplications.
Qualification Awarded
Graduates who successfully manage to finish the program are given associate degree in the field of accountancy and charge applications.
Admission Requirements
The students who graduated from the vocational and technical secondary schools’ accounting branches, have the claim for open admission in complience with their graduation degrees. Additionally, the graduates from other secondary schools may have the admission under the terms and conditions of OSYM(Student Selection and Placement Centre).
Higher Grade Transition
The graduates are eligible for vertical transfer to the undergraduate programs of business administration, public finance, economy and accounting teaching, providing that passing the exam of DGS.
Graduation Requirements
It is defined in “Adequacy conditions and requirements” in the rules chapter and regarded as sufficent for graduation.
Occupational Profiles of Graduates
The graduates may have the chance of working in certified public accountant’s offices as assistant personnel and may be employed in the departments of finance and accounting of the firms in public and private sectors. On the other hand, after completing the educational requirements and procedures, they may have the license of certified public accountant.

The system of assessment and evaulation/grading applied for every class is defined in details at the ‘Class Education Plan’.
